To ensure a smooth experience at ICECA 2026, please take note of the following travel and accommodation arrangements.
Self-Arrangement
All participants, including students and professors, are responsible for their own lodging and transportation arrangements.
Assistance
For help finding hotels or travel options for the conference, please contact the logistics team at ICECA@auw.edu.bd. They will further guide you with your following queries.
Field Trip Transport
Registered participants selecting the trip package will be provided transport to the designated field trip site. Selected participants will be informed and updated through email.
